Private Childbirth Class (3 hours/ $300)- Taught by a Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator you will get the best, evidence-based information to help you understand and make choices regarding the birth process. Held in your home at a date and time mutually agreed upon by you and the instructor you will have the opportunity to focus on your needs, questions and concerns for this birth experience. The typical topics covered are the signs and stages of labor, comfort measures, pain relief, potential medical interventions, informed decision-making, and how partners can be of best support. Other optional topics can include cesarean section and the early postpartum period. The class is very flexible and is guided by your needs.
