Held in your home at a date and time mutually agreed upon by you and the instructor you will have the opportunity to focus on your needs, questions and concerns for this birth experience. Designed with families who have already birthed before, this class focuses on the changes that come with a subsequent birth, helping you adjust your plans based on your previous experience and reacquainting you with all the signs and stages of birth, comfort measures and potential medical interventions available to you.
